Changelog

Features shipped, bugs squashed, EA updates. Newest first.

  1. Fix

Switching plans during your trial keeps your trial

Moving to a different plan while on the free trial ended the trial on the spot and raised an invoice for the plan you were leaving. Your trial now runs to its original end date whichever plan you switch to, and billing starts then at the new price.

  2. Fix

Picking a plan during your trial now works

Choosing a plan from the pricing page while on the free trial failed with an unhelpful error, and the plan you were trialling had no button at all. Trials now go straight to checkout with your remaining trial days carried over, and billing errors are shown in plain language instead of an error code.

Forward signals to your own endpoint: HMAC-signed JSON with a documented payload, signature verification samples, and a clear retry policy. Custom integration requests are welcome through support.

  5. Improvement

    Redesigned homepage

The landing page gained three new sections: a live signal-format explorer showing the same syntax across TradingView, Telegram, and REST API; a security breakdown of how your keys and funds stay yours; and a community and traders section. How it works and the section flow were refreshed to match, in both English and Arabic.

  6. Improvement

Documentation refreshed, now fully in Arabic

Every docs page was rewritten to match exactly what ships today: the MT5 desktop connector setup, which execution parameters run now versus coming soon, and clear coming-soon markers on Telegram, Discord, REST API, and webhook integrations. The entire documentation is also available in Arabic.

  7. Fix

Plan upgrade buttons lead to pricing again

The Change plan button in billing settings and the reactivation banner pointed to a page that no longer existed. Both now take you straight to the pricing section.

  8. Improvement

    Expired accounts keep dashboard access

If your subscription ends, you can still sign in and browse everything: sources, destinations, flows, signal history, and settings. Only signal processing is paused until you reactivate. Previously the whole dashboard was locked behind a reactivation screen.

  9. Improvement

    A leaner rule catalog

We removed the two experimental AI rules (filter.ai_probability and transform.ai_score) to keep flows direct and predictable, along with the in-app announcements banner. Existing flows keep working unchanged. AI-powered signal evaluation will return later as a complete feature.

  10. Feature

A new look, a guided setup, and plainer names

Signalync has a new Aurora design across the site and dashboard, plus a setup wizard that takes you from signup to a delivered test signal in minutes. We also renamed things to match how you think: Routes are now Flows, Targets are Destinations, and Steps are Rules. Nothing changed under the hood, the API, signal format, and your existing setup are untouched.

    Stripe billing

We've replaced our payment processor. New users get a 14-day trial that carries over into a Stripe-native subscription when you add a card. Tax is automatically calculated on Checkout, and you can manage payment + invoices via Stripe's hosted portal. Plan changes and cancellation are now self-service from your billing settings.
